SafeDNS Partner Program is created to support value-adding resellers in growing their business with SafeDNS and becoming more profitable. This program contains various tools and benefits aimed at making SafeDNS products selling easy, transparent and comprehensive.

SafeDNS compliance process
SafeDNS holds the right to downgrade partner's level on condition the requirements are not met during several consecutive quarters. During compliance check period, each partner is notified by dedicated partner manager about current standings and provided all necessary help if required.
Each SafeDNS partner has a dedicated partner manager responsible for developing partner's business within SafeDNS. Each SafeDNS partner is supported by a technical resource responsible for educating the partner on product capabilities and helping with customer-related activities.

Each SafeDNS partner has access to product-related materials which can be used for product presentation and promotion.

Silver and Gold partners have access to NFR licenses which can be used only for testing and educational purposes. Under no circumstances can NFR software be copied, resold or distributed to any third party, or used for partner information processing or computing needs.

Support of NFR licenses is included as long as the partner remains compliant with the requirements of SafeDNS Partner Program and maintains constant communication with SafeDNS team.

Silver and Gold partners have the right to be published on SafeDNS website in a "find a partner" section reflecting current partnership status.

By accepting SafeDNS Partner agreement, you shall agree that SafeDNS has the right to use including publishing, without partner's additional consent, partner's name and address, its trademark, logo, commercial designation and any other means of individualization of a partner for advertising purposes aimed at promoting SafeDNS and its partners and for the purpose of providing services to a partner and referencing a partner as a member of the program using the partner's logo, as well as in ways appropriate for the purposes set above. By accepting SafeDNS Partner agreement, a partner shall grant SafeDNS a non–exclusive right to use its means of individualization free of charge and for the duration of the provision of services, and after the end of the provision of services - for another 10 (ten) years. Any partner is empowered at any time to terminate (revoke) the rights granted to SafeDNS to use its means of individualization by sending an appeal to our e-mail utm@safedns.com.

Gold partners have the exclusive right to receive sponsorship from SafeDNS to perform marketing campaigns or other product promotions. Marketing funds requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may require submission of a detailed marketing plan. More details are provided through a dedicated partner manager.

License is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Standard partner margin, without deal registration discount, is 7% off recommended retail price indicated on the website.
SafeDNS provides 10% discount off MSRP for governmental institutions and 20% off MSRP for educational sector. MSRP can be found on https://firewall.safedns.com/pricing

Deal Registration discount (or any other discount) is a one-time offer applicable only to the specific project registered/invoiced. To obtain a special discount to a different project, the partner must submit another deal registration with the relevant project details. SafeDNS has the right to reject special pricing for the project not registered, or registered less than 15 days prior to project closure.
Pricing and Discounting policy
Invoicing and payment process is done directly through SafeDNS. Access to the license key is granted once the payment process is completed. In specific cases, SafeDNS can provide extended payment options, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will be reflected in an additional agreement.
Payment terms and conditions
To become a partner of SafeDNS please submit your application following the LINK and accept SafeDNS Partner agreement.
Once completed, please be expecting a call from your dedicated partner manager for a quick welcome interview.
SafeDNS holds the right to administer and modify the Partnership Program with the changes effective upon publishing on SafeDNS website.
Enrollment
The Software is provided by SafeDNS and accepted by Partner "as is". Liability of the SafeDNS will be limited to a maximum of the original purchase price of the Software. SafeDNS will not be liable for any general, special, incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited to, loss of production, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any other business or economic disadvantage suffered by the Partner arising out of the use or failure to use the Software.

SafeDNS makes no warranty expressed or implied regarding the fitness of the Software for a particular purpose or that the Software will be suitable or appropriate for the specific requirements of the Partner.

SafeDNS does not warrant that use of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free. Partner accepts that software in general is prone to bugs and flaws within an acceptable level as determined in the industry.
